
Overview
LESSO is expanding its North America sales team and is seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth within an assigned territory. This role will work closely with Ali Head of Sales to develop new business opportunities, strengthen distributor partnerships, and expand market presence.Ali ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with strong PVC piping industry experience and a proven track record of achieving revenue growth. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing and executing territory sales plans to expand Ali customer base, drive revenue growth, and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations of Lesso’s piping products and services to potential and existing customers. Train and support distributor partners and sales representatives to strengthen product knowledge and selling capabilities. Accurately processing sales orders while ensuring high efficiency and customer satisfaction. Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with distributors, engineers, municipalities, contractors, and other key industry stakeholders within your assigned territory to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations to provide valuable insights to management and help shape effective sales strategies. Represent Lesso at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads. Proactively resolving customer concerns by identifying problems, facilitating solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide weekly sales and expense reports to HQ in compliance with company guidelines. Adhere to approved sales and travel budgets. Maintain accurate customer files, contracts, correspondence, and CRM records. Requirements
Minimum of 5 years (10 years will be perfect) of proven sales experience in a PVC pipes, or manufacture fittings, or constitution materials or related products. Strong technical aptitude with Ali ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate product features to customers. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach. Valid driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel within your assigned territory regularly. Ideally residing within or near Ali territory you will manage for Adrian customer access and responsiveness. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic sales environment
