KNWA, FOX24 & KXNW — Nexstar Media Group’s NBC, FOX, and MyNet affiliates in beautiful Northwest Arkansas — are looking for our next high-performing Account Executive to drive both broadcast and digital revenue growth.

This isn’t just traditional TV sales.

What You’ll Do

Build and grow relationships with local business decision-makers.

Develop full-funnel marketing strategies that include:

Broadcast television

Streaming / OTT / CTV

Targeted display

Pre-roll video

Social media campaigns

Audience extension & retargeting

Sponsored content & digital integrations

Identify and grow new digital revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Use audience insights, analytics, and performance data to optimize campaigns and prove ROI.

Create customized advertising schedules and collaborate with internal teams to execute high-impact campaigns.

Consistently achieve — and exceed — revenue goals.

Digital advertising is one of our fastest-growing revenue categories, and this role offers strong opportunity to expand your book of business across emerging platforms.

What You’ll Bring

A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications — or equivalent experience.

1+ year of sales experience (media or digital sales is a strong plus).

A consultative, solutions-first sales approach.

Comfort discussing digital products, audience targeting, and performance metrics.

Strong presentation and closing skills.

Competitive drive and self-motivation.

A valid driver’s license and a go-getter mindset.
