Account Manager - Digital Marketing

Margle Media is looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong digital marketing background to lead client relationships and keep campaigns moving from strategy through execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with clients, collaborating with internal teams, and bringing digital and social campaigns to life across channels.

What you’ll do

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Manage digital and social marketing campaigns in collaboration with Creative, Digital, and Project teams

Translate strategy into execution across content, paid, social, email, and web

Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables

Lead client-facing materials including strategy decks, reports, agendas, and recaps

Review performance metrics and support optimization recommendations

Identify growth opportunities and support account expansion

Support onboarding, account transitions, and day-to-day account operations

Mentor junior team members as needed

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5–7+ years of client services experience, preferably in a digital or creative agency

3+ years managing client relationships, timelines, and deliverables

Strong understanding of digital marketing and integrated campaign strategy

Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills

Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com

Work environment

Based in Milwaukee, WI

Approximately 80% in-office, with some flexibility

Salary Range - $70,000 - $85,000
