Sales Support Coordinator (Data Entry & Operations Support)

Location:

Edison, NJ – 100% Onsite (5 days/week)

Schedule:

Full-Time, 32–40 hours per week

Pay Rate:

$20/hour

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized Sales Support Coordinator to assist our client’s sales and marketing teams by handling administrative execution, data entry, and operational coordination. This role ensures daily activities run smoothly so the sales team can focus on revenue growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, multitasking, and maintaining accurate information across systems and trackers.

Qualifications

Prior data entry, administrative, or sales support experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, portals, and multiple software systems

Highly organized with strong file management skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities

Professional communication skills (email, phone, in-person)

Self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced office environment

Reliable attendance for a fully onsite position

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate product sample preparation, shipping, and tracking (trade, broker, consumer, influencer)

Manage sample inventory levels

Maintain and update product information across multiple platforms

Support marketing activities including giveaways, influencer shipments, and campaigns

Assist with coupon programs, reorders, vendor coordination, and reporting

Help prepare materials for demos and trade shows

Assist with travel bookings and logistics as needed

Anticipate sales team needs and resolve administrative bottlenecks

Data Entry & Systems Management

Maintain trackers for promotions, samples, logins/passwords, and contacts

Manage and organize files in shared drives and broker portals

Update and maintain third-party platforms and product portals

Update store locator on website monthly

Track influencer engagement and sample conversions

New Listings & Item Setup

Process new listing submissions and paperwork

Enter new items into ordering systems and databases

Broker & Trade Support

Maintain review trackers and ensure deadlines are met

Assist with broker portal updates and submissions

Office Administration & Front Desk

Serve as first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and deliveries

Answer calls, emails, and consumer inquiries

Coordinate office supplies and vendors

Maintain an organized and professional office environment

Schedule meeting rooms and prepare for meetings/presentations
