What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options tailored to their needs
Verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history
Explain coverage and payment options to customers
Follow up on unsold internet leads to maximize sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must obtain a Property & Casualty Producer’s License within the first 15 business days of employment
Prior sales experience is ideal
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the insurance industry or related field
Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy
Knowledge of company guidelines and ability to communicate them effectively to customers
