What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options based on their needs
Verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history
Explain coverage and payment options to customers
Follow up on unsold leads and service existing customer policies as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must obtain a Property & Casualty Producer’s License within the first 15 business days of employment
Prior sales experience preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in the insurance industry
Ability to multi‑task with speed and accuracy
Knowledge of company guidelines and ability to communicate them effectively
