Responsibilities

Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers

Advise prospects on suitable insurance coverage and options based on their needs

Verify information provided by potential insured individuals regarding insurance and driving history

Explain coverage and payment options to customers

Follow up on unsold internet leads to encourage purchases and service existing customer policies

Qualifications

Must have or be prepared to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 2 months of employment

Thorough understanding of company guidelines with the ability to communicate them effectively

Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service roles

Demonstrated ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy

Knowledge of market trends and regulations in the insurance industry
