We are a fast-growing corporate foodservice and e-commerce business expanding our regional retail and hospitality presence throughout the New York metropolitan area. Our products are currently available in Whole Foods Market stores across the North Atlantic region, where sales have increased 450%, leading the category through in-store demos and strong store-level relationships.

As we prepare to open our first café storefront in Midtown Manhattan, we are building regional placements to support long-term distributor alignment and strategic growth.

Position Overview The Retail & Foodservice Sales Representative is responsible for driving new placements, developing recurring revenue, and supporting account growth within the assigned territory.

This is a territory-based role focused on in-market relationship building, consistent follow-up, and disciplined sales execution.

Applicants must reside within Westchester County / Hudson Valley or Fairfield County. Applications outside these regions will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Secure 2–3 new placements per week

Prospect and open retail grocery, café, hospitality, and wellness accounts

Develop relationships with boutique hotel groups, restaurant groups, and property management groups

Conduct in-store demos, tastings, pop-ups, and staff trainings

Drive reorders and account expansion

Maintain accurate CRM records and manage active pipeline

Support territory growth aligned toward future distributor partnerships

Target Channels

Retail grocery

Cafés & coffee shops

Boutique hotels

Restaurant groups

Social & country clubs

Specialty retail

Wellness locations (salons, medi-spas, studios)

Small property management groups

Example 15-Hour Week

8–10 hours: In-market prospecting and account meetings

3 hours: Demos and activations

2 hours: CRM updates and account follow-up

Qualifications

Previous CPG sales experience (food, beverage, or wellness preferred)

Strong community relationships within assigned territory

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer service or client support.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles simultaneously

Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person selling

Highly organized and self-directed

Motivated by performance-based compensation

A passion for organic tea & coffee.

What We Provide

Compensation

$25/hour (approximately 15 hours per week)

8% commission on net revenue for first 12 months per account

4% ongoing commission thereafter (if actively managed)

Placement bonuses for each new account

Target part-time compensation: $30,000 – $45,000 annually (base + commission)

High performers will have a pathway to full-time employment and expanded territory responsibility.
