
Regional Account Manager Northeast

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team in Northeast Territory, United States. As the Regional Account Manager for the Northeast, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic relationships within the assigned territory.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the Northeast region
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base in the Northeast
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to inform sales strategies
Provide sales leadership to manufacturers’ Sales Representatives
Evaluate proficiency of manufacturers’ representatives relative to maintaining product line sales balance
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential and existing clients
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and account information using CRM software
Represent the company at customer and industry events in the Northeast region
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts for senior management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or commensurate industry experience
Commercial HVAC sales experience
6-8 years of related sales experience and leadership in support of manufacturers Reps
5+ years of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems and application experience
Willingness and ability to travel at least 60% throughout the Northeast region
Preferred Qualifications
Outstanding relationship management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding key accounts within the Northeast region
In-depth knowledge of the Northeast market dynamics and business environment
Strong expertise in sales methodologies, customer relationship management, and business development practices
Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills
Ability to interpret market trends and formulate effective sales strategies
Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and motivating high-performing sales teams
Results-driven with a consistent focus on exceeding performance targets
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Northeast region
Sales-related certifications are a plus, though not mandatory
