What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options based on their circumstances
Run reports to verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insured individuals
Explain coverage and payment options to customers
Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
Must obtain a Property & Casualty Producer’s License within the first 15 business days of employment
Prior sales experience is ideal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with insurance industry guidelines and regulations
Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy
Experience in customer service roles related to insurance
