
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays a crucial role in managing customer demand streams for MediaTek's strategic accounts. This position involves close collaboration with MediaTek Account Managers and various internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently. The ISR is responsible for tracking revenue, forecasting, and managing customer inquiries, while also serving as a point of escalation for both internal and external customers. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience
3-5+ years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Inside Sales or External Sales
Solid understanding of manufacturing and planning processes and supply chain
Outstanding written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to proactively service business with a sense of accountability
Problem-solving skills, along with demonstrated analytical skills and business acumen
Ability to perform with poise under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
Knowledge of SAP and SalesForce is a plus
Salary Range:$ 112,980 to $ 153,400
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
