Role Description
Your role will involve managing all sales activities within your territory, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional account performance. You\'ll present and sell our products and services, develop strong customer relationships, lead sales presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and act as a trusted advisor for PCB Technologies. We’re looking for someone who can leverage industry relationships to open doors with potential customers, particularly in the aerospace/defense and medical device channels. You\'ll generate leads, and actively participate in industry events. Travel is required to maintain face-to-face contact with customers, and you’ll work closely with our management team in Israel. Own and manage all sales activities within the assigned
East US and Canada territory , with full responsibility for revenue growth and account performance. Present and sell PCB Technologies’ products and services, positioning solutions based on customer technical, operational, and business requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers at multiple levels, including procurement, engineering, program management, and executive leadership. Lead customer meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations in coordination with internal technical and operational teams. Negotiate commercial terms and manage the sales process from initial engagement through contract execution and ongoing account support. Act as a trusted advisor and
brand ambassador
for PCB Technologies in the territory. Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion through proactive account management and high standards of service. Consistently follow PCB Technologies’ established
sales methodology , including opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy. Develop and maintain territory plans, account strategies, and sales forecasts in alignment with company expectations. Meet or exceed assigned performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular sales reports and updates to sales leadership as required. Maintain a disciplined, ethical, and professional approach consistent with PCB Technologies’ values and US business practices. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in selling PCBs, PCBAs, or customized passive components. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with solution-selling methodologies. Ideal candidates will have a successful background in outside sales or business development within the electronic components industry, experience selling to the aerospace/defense or medical device markets, and an engineering degree.
