
Sales Operations & Administration Specialist or Associate

Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Operations & Administration Specialist or Associate (open for Staff to Manager level) to join our Houston, TX office. This role is the backbone of our sales process, providing critical internal support to our Outside Sales team and ensuring the seamless flow of the supply chain including coordination with HQ, shipping documentation, ERP transactions, AR monitoring, and handling order changes. The position also supports daily operational tasks, monthly closing activities, and audit-related requests.
Key Responsibilities
Support order processing after customer PO issuance and coordinate with HQ regarding shipment status
Review shipping and commercial documents for accuracy and request corrections
Communicate customer requests related to Shipping documents, or revisions to HQ
Assist other team members with sales activities when necessary
Handle various ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed
2. ERP Operations
Perform ERP transactions from purchasing through sales, including purchase registration, shipment requests and billing
Review and process import related cost invoices
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments with customers
Update ERP records and support monthly and period end closing
3. General Administration & Communication
Support year end activities, including coordination with the finance dept.
Assist auditors by providing requested documents such as POs and proof of delivery
Perform general office administration, including phone coverage and office supply management
Qualifications
Experience:
2 to 7 years of relevant experience in Sales Support, Logistics, or Operations (Open for Staff to Manager level)
Languages:
Bilingual fluency in English and Korean (Required)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems (experience with the Purchase-to-Sales flow), Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Core Competencies:
Strong understanding of shipping, revenue management, and outbound logistics; highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility.
Eligibility:
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
