What You’ll Do As a
Rewards Analyst , you’ll serve as a key subject matter expert supporting U.S. and Canada benefits, leave administration, and compensation programs. This is a highly visible individual contributor role where accuracy, compliance, and execution matter.
You will:
Administer health, wellness, retirement, and statutory benefit programs
Lead U.S. and Canadian leave administration (including compliance)
Support compensation cycles, salary reviews, and pay analysisPartner closely with Payroll, HR, Legal, and leadership
Ensure HRIS configuration accuracy and reporting integrity
Drive process improvements and scalable rewards operations
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of Total Rewards experience
Strong U.S. and
Canadian
benefits & leave expertise
Working knowledge of compensation administration
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable owning execution
