Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center
Handle customer interactions and resolve potential issues or returns professionally
Support various areas of the store, including sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Customer-focused service mentality on and off the sales floor
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor and lift up to 30 lbs

Experience in retail or customer service roles
Familiarity with retail technology and operational processes
