You’ll lead initiatives that optimize product assortments, enhance brand presentation, and create innovative merchandising solutions that resonate with golfers everywhere.**What You’ll Do*** Build and grow strategic partnerships with national retailers and leading eCommerce platforms.* Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and expand market share across all channels.* Oversee forecasting, investment planning, and brand optimization for Amazon, Zappos, and other pureplay accounts.* Define long-term category strategies to ensure FootJoy’s leadership in golf footwear, gloves, and apparel.* Deliver premium merchandising experiences through SKU rationalization, seasonal planning, and exclusive offerings.* Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to bring consumer insights to life in assortments and activations.**What You'll Bring*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred* 10+ years of experience in national account management, merchandising, or sales within footwear, sports, or retail* Proven ability to develop long-term category strategies and drive revenue growth* Experience managing eCommerce pureplay accounts and omnichannel retail strategies* Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills* Expertise in sales forecasting, demand planning, and performance reporting* Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to collaborate across departments**Our Commitment to You**At Acushnet Company, we are committed to helping our associates thrive both personally and professionally.
