This role will help shape an agenda from ambiguous goals, gather information from disparate sources, and ensure projects are executed effectively and stakeholders are aligned.

What you’ll do day-to-day

Collaborate with leaders across the organization to turn complex, unstructured challenges into clear, actionable workstreams.

Monitor the execution of firmwide strategies, evaluate performance against goals, and recommend course corrections based on data and feedback.

Identify and implement practices that drive operational efficiency, promote scalable processes, and support the firm’s rapid growth.

Communicate to internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior leadership to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment.

Implement change management strategies to drive successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Who we’re looking for A bachelor’s degree or higher in any academic field is required, along with at least seven years of experience in a strategic or high‑leverage operating role within financial services, technology, consulting, government, or a high‑growth environment; experience in a startup leadership role is a plus.

Experience navigating fluid, high‑stakes initiatives, distilling shifting priorities and incomplete information into actionable insights, and steering strategies in real time based on emerging data and evolving feedback.

Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and build agreement.

Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable approach, with a rigorous work ethic and a willingness to take initiative and contribute across a range of responsibilities.

We welcome applicants from all professions; no previous finance knowledge or experience is required.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $225,000 to $325,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year‑end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.

The applicable annual base salary or hourly rate paid to a successful applicant will be determined based on multiple factors, including without limitation the nature and extent of prior experience and educational background.
