$203,222-$239,085

About this role We are seeking an experienced Strategy Director to partner closely with our senior leadership team to lead our value creation transformation. This pivotal role will be responsible for leading critical initiatives and driving our long‑range strategic plan. This role will lead a team of strategy managers and report to the Sr. Director of Strategy, Data & Analytics, and Revenue Management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of the long-range and annual plan cadences interfacing with finance, product management, and other functions

Run market analysis of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks for the business

Lead development and execution of strategic initiatives to solve critical business issues across multiple topics and geographies

Support acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and other business and corporate development efforts by conducting opportunity assessments, financial modeling, and external reach outs

Manage complex problem solving on key business challenges by formulating working hypotheses, analyzing large sets of data from multiple sources, and making business recommendations to senior leadership

Builds executive‑ready presentations for executive team and BU President

Provide thought partnership to the Strategy team, senior Executives, and cross‑functional teams

Basic Qualifications 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy or management consulting

Preferred Requirements

Bachelor's degree Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or equivalent Master's degree preferred

MBA or equivalent Master's degree

Excellent PowerPoint skills and presentation development

Advanced proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research

Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and value creation efforts

Excellent interpersonal and communications skillsStrong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities

Demonstrated experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple high‑priority projects

Experience presenting complex recommendations to senior executives

Leadership and cross‑functional influence management skills

Strong understanding of financial metrics and P&L fundamentals

Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments

Compensation and Benefits Individuals may be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
