Senior Trade Operations Manager

Serve as the subject matter expert on all import and export laws, regulations, and compliance requirements across global regions. Develop and implement global trade structures, resource plans, and procedures to meet government requirements and business objectives.**What We Are Looking For:** Minimum of 10 years of relevant global trade operations or compliance experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 8 years with an advanced degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven ability to lead teams of trade professionals across geographies. In-depth knowledge of global trade regulations, import/export procedures, and customs compliance (including EAR, ITAR, and OFAC regulations). Experience managing and optimizing ERP, GTM, and transportation/logistics systems for compliance integration.Proficiency with data analysis to drive performance insights and compliance reporting.Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels. Ability to balance compliance with operational efficiency and cost optimization.
