Role Description
We’re looking for an Account Executive to own day-to-day client leadership, keep projects on track, and partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality work. This is a role for someone who’s confident managing timelines, communications, and expectations—without needing constant oversight. What You’ll Do
Lead client communication: status calls, follow-ups, action items, and expectations Manage multiple accounts and deliverables at once Translate client needs into clear scopes, timelines, and internal assignments Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, PR, digital, SEO) Review work for clarity, accuracy, and alignment before it goes to clients Support planning for campaigns and programs (content, PR, social, web, email, SEO) What We’re Looking For
2+ years of agency or similar client-service experience (B2B is a plus) Proven ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously Strong writing and editing skills Comfort working with technical subject matter and turning it into clear messaging Solid understanding of integrated marketing (content + PR + digital + SEO basics) Organized, accountable, and proactive—moves work forward without being asked Why CB
