Job Summary: As the

Regional Account Manager (RAM)

for the Midwest, you will serve as the primary liaison for transplant centers within your territory. You will support the entire patient treatment journey, ensuring transplant centers are equipped with the knowledge, resources, and support needed to optimize the use of the Company's drugs. Collaborating cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Cell Therapy Operations, you will foster strong relationships, drive product adoption, and ensure a positive experience for both centers and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan

aligned with brand strategies to promote the Company's drugs, emphasizing clinical value and differentiation.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

to identify growth opportunities, inform strategic decision-making, and adjust tactics as needed.

Build and nurture relationships

with hematopoietic stem cell transplant physicians, key opinion leaders, and stakeholders to facilitate product adoption and ongoing engagement.

Provide education and technical support

to transplant centers on proper receipt, storage, and preparation of therapies, enhancing patient outcomes and patient center experience.

Collaborate effectively

with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure aligned strategies and seamless execution within your territory.

Demonstrate clinical expertise

in Hematology, Oncology, and Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation, including mobilization and stem cell collection strategies.

Manage territory budget

responsibly, maximizing resource efficiency to meet or exceed sales and engagement goals.

Drive promotional activities

that support account management and marketing strategies while maintaining compliance and high-quality standards.

Identify new opportunities, share best practices,

and proactively communicate insights and strategies to leadership and colleagues for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

7+ years in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with 3-5 years in hematology/oncology or transplant account management. Experience with product launches and Cell & Gene Therapy is highly preferred.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees a plus.

Scientific Acumen:

Ability to grasp complex scientific and technical information related to cellular therapies, hematology, and transplantation.

Independence & Motivation:

Self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Relationship Building:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated success in fostering long‑term stakeholder relationships.

Collaboration:

Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders across various departments.

Problem Solving:

Strong analytical skills with the capability to quickly identify issues and implement solutions.

Flexibility:

Adaptable to change and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Travel:

Willing to travel 40-60% to meet with centers, attend conferences, and conduct educational visits.
