How you’ll contribute to our mission As an
Associate Account Executive I , you’ll play an important role in helping school districts discover solutions that simplify operations and support educators. Working closely with Account Executives and Strategic Account Executives, you’ll manage higher-velocity, well-scoped opportunities while building early-stage pipeline that fuels territory success.
This role is designed for early-career sellers who are developing strong consultative sales foundations — from discovery and qualification to value positioning and opportunity management — while contributing directly to revenue performance. You’ll operate with day-to-day autonomy, supported by coaching and a clear growth path toward AE I and AE II roles.
How you’ll drive success
Own the full sales cycle for higher-velocity, well-scoped opportunities, managing deals from qualification through close with accuracy and professionalism
Guide operational and mid-level district leaders through a predictable, repeatable evaluation process
Execute clear next steps, pricing discussions, proposals, and contract completion
Generate high-quality early-stage pipeline within the territory through disciplined outbound outreach across phone, email, social, and event follow-up
Convert inbound interest from Marketing, SDRs, and partners into qualified opportunities
Meet or exceed activity expectations that support consistent pipeline generation
Engage district stakeholders through structured discovery that uncovers challenges, workflows, and priorities
Connect district needs to Frontline’s value across HR, business operations, student services, curriculum, and special programs
Build trusted relationships with operational and mid-level decision-makers
Drive revenue through consultative, outcome-focused conversations that position Frontline’s connected platform
Articulate measurable outcomes and ROI aligned to district objectives
Identify cross-sell or expansion opportunities and collaborate with AE partners on larger opportunities
Maintain operational excellence by keeping Salesforce data clean and accurate
Communicate pipeline health and opportunity status proactively
Collaborate closely with Account Executive and Strategic Account Executive partners
What you bring to help us grow
One to two years of quota-carrying sales experience
Demonstrated success generating pipeline or progressing early-stage opportunities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple opportunities while staying organized and focused
Familiarity with Salesforce and virtual selling tools
Curiosity about how K–12 districts operate and make decisions

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $65,000 based on experience, skills, and internal equity. OTE of $110 - $115,000 401(k) match, ESPP, comprehensive health benefits, and tuition reimbursement for eligible coursework.
