Wholesale Account Executive – Job Description
Under the general supervision and direction of the VP of Wholesale, the Wholesale Account Executive role is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and soliciting new businesses leads. Focus on growing existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business.
Essential Functions
Cultivate meaningful relationships with TMAC broker network, offering excellent service, and securing repeat business.
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
Act as a consultant, educating brokers on TMAC’S products and services, collecting, and analyzing borrowers' assets and investments, and advising brokers regarding the advantages and disadvantages of TMAC’s financial products.
Guiding brokers and other partners through the investment process, including counseling brokers on how to submit qualified business to TMAC.
Account oversight, management, and maintenance.
Partner with internal support team to deliver optimal service levels and foster account relationships.
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends to anticipate and proactively meet customer needs.
Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements.
Develop long-term relationships with third-party originators by examining risks and potential in recommended deals, and by estimating needs and goals.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to broker’s needs.
Ensure proper collection of required documents and closing.
Working closely and collaboratively with operations team during the closing process.
