Account Executive Assistant – Job Description
Under the general supervision and direction of the VP of Wholesale, the Account Executive Assistant role is responsible for assisting Wholesale Account Executives with identifying, prospecting, and soliciting new businesses leads.
Essential Functions
Culture meaningful relationships with TMAC broker network, offering excellent service, and securing repeat business.
Assist Account Executives with educating brokers on TMAC’S products and services, collecting, and analyzing borrowers' assets and investments, and advising brokers regarding the advantages and disadvantages of TMAC’s financial products.
Guiding brokers and other partners through the investment process, including counseling brokers on how to submit qualified business to TMAC.
Assist Account Executives with account oversight, management, and maintenance.
Partner with internal support team to deliver optimal service levels and foster account relationships.
Maintain current knowledge of industry trends to anticipate and proactively meet customer needs.
Maintain familiarity with regulatory and industry standards and requirements.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to broker’s needs.
Ensure proper collection of required documents and closing.
Working closely and collaboratively with operations team during the closing process.
