Mission Sales who is responsible for FMCG and Convenience Channel. Preferred location NRW (Düsseldorf/Köln) and North-Germany Hannover or Hamburg. Field sales representatives in the E-cigarette industry focus on classic sales tasks tailored to tobacco alternative products, regulatory compliance, and brand presence in retail outlets.
Core Responsibilities
Customer care and consulting for existing clients like kiosks, gas stations, supermarkets, and hospitality (assortment, placement, promotions).
Acquiring new sales outlets and expanding distribution in the territory (e.g., additional kiosks, vending machine locations).
Implementing point-of-sale promotions, such as displays, campaigns, secondary placements, and brand presentations.
Regular visit planning, territory management, and reporting sales, competitor activities, and market trends to the inside sales team.
Additional Duties
Monitoring of E-Cigarette off-takes, coordination with fillers or service providers in coordination with wholesalers.
Using CRM and reporting tools via laptop/tablet/smartphone, including visit reports and route planning.
Typical Profile Requirements
Experience in sales/field service or retail, ideally related to tobacco or Vape or FMCG products.
Strong communication and closing skills, customer-oriented mindset, entrepreneurial thinking, and independent working style.
Driver's license, willingness to travel in the territory, high self-motivation, "hands-on mentality," and resilience.
Good English skills (business fluent, spoken and written).
