Key Responsibilities

Engage and consult with prospective clients regarding precious metals investment opportunities.

Educate clients on the benefits of precious metals investments as part of a diversified portfolio.

Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' financial goals and risk tolerance.

Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Work closely with internal teams to manage customer accounts and resolve inquiries.

Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and up to date with competitive landscape knowledge.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, financial services, investments, or related field (precious metals experience a plus)

Willingness to learn gold, silver, and precious metals markets.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Driven, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented.

Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook.

Integrity and professionalism in dealing with clients and colleagues.

Keenness to stay informed about market trends and industry developments.
