Be available to consult with small business prospects contacting QuickBooks. Gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s small business operations, needs, challenges and goals. Recommend the right solutions based on need across the QB ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition. Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach. Champion the Intuit Brand of being Real, Smart, Honest, Committed and Spirited. Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics. Partner with FLLs to ensure participation and engagement of the sales teams supported.
Hours of Operation 9am-9pm EST, Monday–Friday. Schedules will fall within this time period. We cannot commit to specific schedules. Please source across all time zones.
Training & Hours Training is a 9‑week commitment (4 weeks classroom, 1 week nesting, 4 weeks on the job). 15 hires for chat and 15 hires for phone. Locations: hybrid onsite in PLN, TCS and/or ATL – secondary locations NY and SDG.
NOTE: Call center experience is very helpful. Experience in selling a service – cable, phone, electric, etc. – does not necessarily need to be SaaS experience. Someone who wants to be in Sales – working to convert shoppers to buyers. Full cycle selling – understanding the need to place the order. Someone who can handle working in multiple software systems. Will handle a high volume of calls and/or chats. Will be working to sell addressing up to five different product lines: Payments (Merchant Processing), Payroll, Live Bookkeeping, QB Core Product (Desktop and Cloud).
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of quota‑carrying in a SaaS environment or equivalent.
Minimum 1+ year(s) of experience in the client management lifecycle and ability to collaborate effectively with pipeline management or equivalent.
Prior sales experience with accounting, ERP, or other financial management software is preferred.
Proficiency in utilizing key sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, Solution, or Sandler is preferred.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce, ChiliPiper is preferred.
Worker Expectations 3 performance skills checks – will terminate if fail two. Attendance expectations will be sent out to vendors. Candidates will need to know and agree to the following: 1) Initially, candidates will likely work a later shift. The business closes at 9pm EST. 2) Intuit, not the agency, determines your work schedule. 3) Absences during the 5‑week training period are not permitted and cause for dismissal. 4) Candidates will need to complete a learner’s agreement form during the initial screenings with TA. “No” to any question will require a discussion to set expectations.
