HR Soul is partnering with a sophisticated, multi-entity financial services platform headquartered in Tampa. This organization quietly powers a diverse ecosystem of investment vehicles, operating entities, and family office structures.

We are seeking a

Marketing Specialist

for a newly created position driven by expanded service lines and increased business activity. This role supports multiple business divisions and plays a key part in ensuring marketing materials, brand consistency, and document systems remain polished, synchronized, and strategically aligned.

The Marketing Specialist reports to the Marketing Director and partners closely with Sales, Business Development, and Leadership teams across multiple entities.

Marketing Material Management

Maintain and update high-volume marketing materials including sales decks, presentations, offering memorandums, and collateral across multiple divisions.

Ensure synchronization, consistency, and version control across correlated materials and platforms.

Administer and manage document management systems and structured workflows.

Maintain strict adherence to established branding and style guidelines.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate financial and investment-related information into polished, client-ready marketing materials.

Support new business initiatives, expansion efforts, and strategic growth with updated marketing assets.

Provide occasional external-facing marketing support as directed.

Process & Quality Control

Coordinate version control and maintain accuracy across multiple entities.

Proactively identify and implement process improvements within marketing operations.

Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum two (2) years of relevant professional experience (flexibility for highly aligned experience).

Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint (required).

Experience developing marketing materials that incorporate financial or investment-related information.

Strong understanding of branding standards and style guide implementation.

Experience within Commercial Real Estate, Investment, Equity, Financial Services, or related professional services environments strongly preferred.

Client services experience within these industries is highly regarded.

Knowledge of document management systems and structured workflows.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Strong analytical mindset paired with creative problem-solving ability.

Adaptable and able to perform under pressure in deadline-driven environments.

Strong project management orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of initiative, accountability, and ownership.

Comfortable working independently without close supervision.
