ALIX OF BOHEMIA is a luxury women’s ready-to-wear brand rooted in artistry, storytelling, and handcrafted detail. Following our debut runway show last fall and our first NYFW presentation on the CFDA calendar, the brand is entering an exciting new chapter of growth. With expanding international distribution and collections carried by leading luxury retailers including Bergdorf Goodman and Net-a-Porter, we present our collections seasonally in New York, Los Angeles, and Paris.

We are a small, fast-moving team building with intention — and we are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support the daily execution of our digital presence, online merchandising, and social storytelling. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and works closely with our founder, creative partners, and external collaborators. The ideal candidate is highly organized, visually attuned, digitally fluent, and excited to grow within a creative, luxury environment. There is potential for growth within this position, with opportunities to take on increasing ownership as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities

Support daily management of Instagram and other key social platforms.

Schedule and publish posts, stories, and reels aligned with campaign calendars.

Assist in planning monthly content calendars in alignment with collection launches and brand storytelling.

Coordinate asset needs for shoots and campaigns (imagery, video, copy).

Monitor community engagement and assist with light community management.

Track performance metrics and provide basic weekly reporting insights.

Support influencer collaborations and content amplification in coordination with the marketing team.

Own product setup in Shopify, ensuring imagery, copy, pricing, tagging, and metadata are complete and accurate.

Support homepage updates, collection organization, and product sequencing.

Assist in seasonal site refreshes and campaign merchandising.

Maintain visual consistency across product pages and collection pages.

Partner with operations to ensure smooth launches, restocks, and transitions.

Assist with backend systems including Bergen, ApparelMagic (AMC), and Shopify integrations.

Marketing Coordination & Calendar Management

Contribute to the master marketing calendar to ensure launches, campaigns, and content align across teams.

Coordinate asset delivery timelines with internal and external partners.

Organize shared drives and maintain clean file structures for marketing assets.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in social media, e-commerce, or digital marketing (fashion or luxury preferred).

Strong working knowledge of Shopify (product setup, merchandising, backend organization).Experience managing Instagram for a brand or business.

Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar CRM platforms.

Strong visual sensibility and understanding of luxury brand presentation.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment.

Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
