Beyond leading acquisition and retention, this role supports cross‑company initiatives including brand marketing, event ticket sales, and other strategic growth efforts. Own the full performance of the individual subscription business, including growth, retention, and long‑term subscriber value.
Lead acquisition strategy across organic, paid, partnership, editorial, and product‑led channels.
Build and evolve a best‑in‑class retention and lifecycle strategy grounded in data, product experience, and editorial value.
Partner with Editorial, Data, and Engineering to shape experiences that deepen engagement and loyalty.
Bring rigor and clarity to measurement, forecasting, and prioritization.
Build systems that uncover the “why” behind performance, not just the “what.”
Use data to guide investment decisions while knowing when judgment should lead.
Leadership & Change
Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary growth organization.
Act as a change agent who challenges legacy assumptions and introduces new ways of working.
Create clarity and momentum in moments of ambiguity and move the organization forward with conviction.
