We’re looking for a
detail-obsessed, highly organized, and media savvy Marketing Coordinator
to support campaign execution across media channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and wants exposure to the full media lifecycle.
What You’ll Do Campaign Execution & Media Operations
Traffic radio, TV, digital, and print creative to media partners
Retrieve and review reports and airchecks to ensure accurate campaign implementation across TV, radio, print, and OOH
Collect and reconcile broadcast affidavits and spot times
Maintain and update media budgets, flowcharts and campaign trackers
Manage trade tickets and promotional fulfillment
Creative & Client Support
Coordinate development of creative assets with internal and external design partners
Assist in preparing client agendas, meeting notes, recaps, and presentations
Support client billing, invoice reconciliation, and documentation
Research & Market Intelligence
Research media vendors in new markets
Support campaign performance recap development
Maintain accurate documentation across active campaigns
Team & Agency Support
Represent Strike Marketing professionally with media and client partners
Contribute to team collaboration in a high-accountability environment
Support additional projects as assigned
What You Bring
1+ year of marketing, advertising, media, or relevant internship experience (agency experience preferred)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
High attention to detail — you catch what others miss
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Calm, solution-oriented mindset in fast-paced environments
