The Marketing Coordinator at McLane Global supports the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives across channels. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, creative, and eager to grow in marketing while working closely with cross-functional teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign & Project Support
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, events, and print
Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals for marketing initiatives
Track campaign deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
Support campaign reporting and basic performance tracking
Content & Communications
Assist with content creation and editing for email, social media, website, and sales materials
Maintain marketing calendars and content schedules
Coordinate with designers, writers, and vendors on marketing assets
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Digital & Social Media Support
Schedule and publish social media posts
Monitor engagement and flag trends or issues
Assist with website updates and basic CMS management
Support email marketing execution and list management
Events & Promotions
Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and promotional events
Coordinate logistics such as materials, shipping, and vendor communication
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain marketing share drive and asset libraries
Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and purchase orders
Help document processes and organize marketing files
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2–3 years of marketing, communications, or related experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar
Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva) is a plus
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
