The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Analyst at McLane Global is responsible for analyzing business needs, configuring and supporting the D365 CRM platform, and ensuring the system effectively supports sales, customer service, and marketing processes. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to improve CRM functionality, data quality, and user adoption. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to CRM processes Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (entities, fields, forms, views, workflows, business rules) Support CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing Translate business needs into functional specifications for developers Manage CRM data quality, reports, and dashboards Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues Coordinate testing (UAT) and deployment of CRM enhancements Train users and provide ongoing support and documentation Collaborate with IT, developers, and third-party vendors Ensure CRM solutions follow security, compliance, and best practices Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field 2–5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM platforms Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Understanding of business processes (sales pipelines, customer lifecycle, case management) Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) Ability to analyze data and create reports and dashboards Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Problem-solving and analytical thinking Experience with CRM integrations and data migration (preferred) Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (preferred but not required) Competitive base compensation Full Benefits including Medical, Dental and Vision effective on the first day of employment 401(k) with Employer Match (quarterly enrollment) Paid Holidays (no waiting period to receive holiday pay) Paid vacation, personal, and sick days effective on first day of employment All offers are contingent upon passing a background check and drug screening No company visa sponsorships No phone call or walk in inquiries for this position, apply online to be considered DISCLAIMER Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily and if requested, reasonable accommodation will be provided to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job, absent undue hardship.
