The Marketing Operations Manager at McLane Global is responsible for owning the systems, processes, data, and workflows that help marketing run efficiently and scale effectively. This role partners closely with marketing, sales, and analytics to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly, performance is measurable, and insights drive smarter decisions.
Marketing Systems & Technology
Manage marketing technology platforms (CRM, marketing automation, CMS, analytics, email tools)
Ensure clean data flow, lead management, and pipeline visibility
Configure dashboards, and automation to support campaign execution
Evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing tools as needed
Campaign & Lead Operations
Manage lead life cycle processes including routing, nurturing, and attribution
Ensure accurate campaign tracking across channels
Track leads and follow-up activities from events
Support segmentation, targeting, and list management
Partner with demand generation and content teams to enable scalable execution
Process & Workflow Management
Develop and document marketing processes and best practices
Standardize campaign planning, execution, and reporting workflows
Improve efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and automation opportunities
Data, Reporting & Analytics
Define and track marketing KPIs (lead volume, conversion rates)
Build reports for leadership
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Support forecasting and budget planning with data-driven insights
Requirements
4-7+ years of experience in marketing operations, RevOps, or marketing analytics
Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
Experience building dashboards and reports
Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
Experience in B2B / SaaS environments
Familiarity with attribution models and funnel analytics
SQL, BI tools, or advanced spreadsheet skills preferred
Experience managing vendors or external agencies
