
Key Responsibilities
Lead client meetings and act as the primary point of contact for interior design scope
Develop and oversee interior design concepts from programming through construction
Guide finish and material selections to align with project goals, budget, and brand identity
Prepare and lead interior design presentations for clients and stakeholders
Coordinate interior design concepts with architectural, engineering, and consultant teams
Oversee preparation of interior design documentation, including finish plans, details, and specifications
Mentor and support junior interior designers within the studio
Review interior design drawings and specifications for quality and consistency
Qualifications
10+ years of professional interior design experience
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
Strong leadership and client-facing experience
Advanced proficiency in
Revit
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Experience coordinating interiors within architect-led project teams
