Inbound Marketing Specialist

at Frazer reports to the

Marketing Manager , and is responsible for producing and refining content in alignment with Frazer’s documented Sales & Marketing Strategy to attract and convert qualified leads. This role focuses on blog content, SEO, website engagement, and email marketing campaigns that support sales goals and enhance customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate excels at executing defined content strategies, creating helpful and educational material based on established goals, and using data to fine-tune campaigns in line with existing performance standards. This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused position designed for a marketing professional who enjoys working within a defined strategy to produce, measure, and refine high‑quality inbound marketing content. Success in this role comes from following proven processes, maintaining accuracy and consistency, and collaborating with the team to support established marketing campaigns. What Does a Week in the Life of the Inbound Marketing Specialist Look Like?

Produces engaging blog content aligned with inbound best practices and the They Ask, You Answer framework, leveraging established content calendars, templates, and editorial guidelines. Creates persona‑specific content that speaks directly to key decision‑making stages, ensuring every touchpoint is relevant, valuable, and aligned with the customer's journey. Researches and applies targeted SEO keywords to enhance content visibility and organic performance. Maintains and updates Frazer’s WordPress site, optimizing pages for SEO, clarity, and engagement. Builds new website pages using approved templates and design standards to support brand consistency and user experience. Refreshes legacy pages and blog posts to improve clarity, formatting, and overall SEO strength. Executes targeted email marketing campaigns following predefined workflows and calendars, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing goals. Develops landing pages, content offers (guides, whitepapers, etc.), and lead nurturing workflows that support automated follow‑up and conversion. Assists with planning, writing, and building the monthly newsletter. Uses Google Analytics and other tools to track content performance and inbound KPIs such as traffic sources, conversion rates, and engagement trends. Shares reports and data insights with the Marketing Team to guide future strategy and campaign improvements. Conducts A/B tests and monitor website and landing page performance to increase conversion rates using CRO best practices. Partners with the Marketing Manager to execute company‑wide sales & marketing campaigns. Works closely with the Social Media Specialist and Media Team to align inbound content with broader digital initiatives. Repurposes existing content across multiple channels to extend its lifecycle and maximize impact. Assists the Content Team with blog and content‑related tasks as needed. Assists with maintaining the CRM’s marketing components. Supports internal knowledge sharing and content distribution among team members. Helps with event follow‑up campaigns, trade show promotions, and occasional graphic design needs (brochures, print assets, and more). Develops and manages website forms to ensure seamless lead capture and routing. Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, business, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in inbound marketing, content creation, or digital lead generation. Proven ability to write and publish blog content, marketing emails, and website copy that drives engagement and leads. Experience using WordPress, Google Analytics (GA4), and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz). Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Mailchimp. Understanding of SEO best practices and ability to apply them in content creation. Preferred Education and Experience:

3 - 5 years of experience in inbound marketing and digital content creation. Experience developing marketing content within a CRM (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Working knowledge of inbound content frameworks such as “They Ask, You Answer” or similar buyer‑centric models. Interest or background in healthcare, EMS, fire service, or other public safety fields. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for content formatting and UX design principles. Experience using tools for A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or heatmapping is a plus. Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM ,
