If you love fashion, have a creative eye and an understanding of current trends, we want to hear from you. As a stylist, you will help create a welcoming environment and provide a fashion experience for customers while building relationships. We are looking for friendly, high energy individuals who are self-directed and want to become part of a successful, growing retail team. At Bessie Blue we provide you with the building blocks to put your fashion knowledge into practice.
Responsibilities include:
providing exceptional customer service , daily operations, maintenance of sales floor aesthetic, supporting staff on the sales floor, receiving and processing of new merchandise, learning store systems and other operational activities as needed. +Not required but an added bonus!: knowledge and comfort creating content for and posting on social media platforms and website. Qualifications Styling, personal shopping, and trend forecasting abilities Content creation, photography, and basic photo editing skills Familiarity with digital marketing, social media platforms, and content strategy Excellent communication and customer service skills Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work on-site in Belmont, MA, and collaborate with team members Experience in fashion retail or a related field is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience is preferred
