Proven track record of professional writing across content and business communications, with email communications experience strongly preferred. Strong proficiency in content management systems, with demonstrated hands-on experience managing and publishing digital content. Familiarity with design and content collaboration tools such as Figma and DittoWords is a plus. Responsibilities

The Content Designer will support service‑related communications during our integration with another company. The Content Designer will create clear, consistent, and customer‑focused service emails and support articles, to guide customers through upcoming changes. They\'ll collaborate closely with CX, Product, and Brand/Marketing to translate complex information into easy‑to‑understand, visual messaging. This position requires strong information‑design skills, and the ability to simplify and structure content for a wide range of audiences. They\'ll help build unified content standards and ensure all communications reflect a seamless, trustworthy customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems with content and is passionate about supporting customers through change. Team Overview

Your Team Overview/ Department: The DSCX team is dedicated to improving and delivering exceptional customer experiences across all service touchpoints. The team is made up of three groups: Support Content, which creates customer communications; CX Design, which crafts intuitive and user‑centered experiences; and CX Journeys, which maps and optimizes end‑to‑end customer interactions and aligns them to Product/Operations.
