$146,000 - $248,200 per year Eligible for an annual bonus incentive#LI-CL2 What You Will Do
Lead imaging operations and expansion strategies across the market to meet growth targets, performance metrics, and quality initiatives for new centers and modalities. Develop and align data-driven strategies and clinical programs to optimize revenue opportunities, improve performance, and ensure cost-effective services. Partner with Radiologists and executive leadership to identify long-term growth opportunities, increase exam potential, and enhance protocol efficiencies. Drive continuous performance improvement and staff development to build a high-performing talent pipeline and ensure the continuity of clinical operations. What You Will Need
Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. Additional Preferences
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of cumulative experience, including at least 2 years in top-level executive leadership (AVP, VP, or COO). Must reside in the state of Wisconsin at the time of hire. Why Join Our Team
