We are seeking a highly skilled Merge PACS SME with strong technical and hands‑on implementation experience.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the design, configuration, build, and implementation of Merge PACS solutions, working collaboratively with technical onshore resources.
The role requires deep knowledge of imaging workflows, robust technical skills, and the ability to deliver successful PACS implementations in complex healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in the technical design, configuration, build, and end‑to‑end implementation of Merge PACS solutions. Oversee and execute Merge Workstation rollouts, ensuring smooth integration into clinical environments. Configure imaging modalities, DICOM routers, and associated imaging infrastructure to support seamless data exchange and workflow. Drive and manage data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to clinical operations. Design and optimize imaging workflows in collaboration with clinical and technical stakeholders. Liaise effectively with vendors, end clients, and both onshore and offshore teams to coordinate implementation activities and resolve technical issues. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams, sharing best practices and lessons learned. Maintain up‑to‑date documentation related to system design, configuration, and operational procedures. Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and post‑implementation support as required.
Qualifications Hands‑on experience with Merge PACS design, configuration, build, and implementation. Proven ability to implement Workstation rollout, Modality configuration, DICOM routing, Data Migration, and workflow design. Excellent collaboration skills with vendors, end clients, and cross‑functional teams (onshore/offshore). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Merge Cardio experience is a significant plus.
