
Merge PACS Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with hands‑on technical implementation experience. These individuals should be experienced with Merge PACS design, configuration, build, and implementation. Key responsibilities include workstation rollout, modality configuration, DICOM router setup, data migration, and workflow design. The ideal candidates will work effectively with vendors, end clients, and both onshore and offshore teams.MergeCardio experience is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities (Updated & Prioritized) Key Responsibilities
Lead design, configuration, and build of Merge PACS solutions
Perform end-to-end PACS system implementation
Configure and validate system workflows aligned to clinical requirements
Ensure high availability, performance, and compliance standards
Plan and execute PACS workstation rollout
Install and configure diagnostic and clinical viewing workstations
Coordinate hardware/software validation with clinical teams
Modality & DICOM Configuration
Set up and troubleshoot DICOM routing
Configure and maintain DICOM routers
Validate DICOM connectivity and image transmission workflows
Lead PACS data migration activities (legacy to Merge)
Validate data integrity and image reconciliation
Support HL7 and DICOM interface integrations
Coordinate testing with downstream systems
Workflow Design & Optimization
Design optimized radiology/cardiology workflows
Analyze current-state vs future-state workflows
Implement workflow automation and efficiency improvements
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work effectively with:
Hospital IT teams
Clinical stakeholders
Onshore and offshore delivery teams
Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance
