Perform residential electrical service calls in East Setauket, NY and throughout Suffolk County
Troubleshoot electrical systems including panels, wiring, outlets, lighting, and service upgrades
Diagnose issues and present repair and replacement options to homeowners
Educate customers on electrical safety, code compliance, and system improvements
Close sales on recommended repairs, upgrades, and safety enhancements
Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate clearly with customers and team members
Keep a clean and organized work area while maintaining a professional appearance
Follow all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards
