Regional Sales Manager . This leadership role is designed for a builder ready to scale a high-performing sales organization across Binghamton, Syracuse, and Rochester.

The Opportunity Our client combines the agility of a local, service-first business with the vast resources of a global technology leader. This is a pivotal role focused on driving predictable growth through team development and operational discipline.

Own the Build:

Lead the strategy for team expansion and process improvement.

Strategic Expansion:

Direct oversight of a high-visibility expansion into the Rochester market.

Role Summary You will be responsible for coaching, performance management, and recruiting across the region. Initially leading a team in Binghamton and Syracuse, you will scale the organization to 4–6 sellers over the next two years.

Hands‑On Leadership:

Spend 3–4 days per week (50–70% of your time) in the field with your team.

Operational Rhythm:

Establish weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and CRM discipline.

Performance Focused:

Drive success through consistent quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and team hiring milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Culture:

Lead and develop representatives through ride‑alongs and skill‑building.

Recruiting:

Source and onboard top‑tier sales talent to meet growth targets.

Sales Execution:

Implement qualification standards and manage deal strategies from discovery to close.

Strategic Planning:

Develop territory plans including account segmentation and prospecting expectations.
