Role Description We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Vancouver, WA. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will assist clients by managing accounts, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with other departments to fulfill orders, and supporting the sales team in achieving goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional service to our valued clients.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation for identifying and nurturing new opportunities.
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
Experience in Account Management, including maintaining and growing existing client accounts.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and related tools is a plus.
Knowledge of the pipe, valves, and fittings industry or industrial sales experience is preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college education is a plus.
