Job Summary / Basic Function We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the campus bookstore. This position plays a key role in delivering a positive shopping experience for students, faculty, and visitors by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well‑organized, inviting store environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the cash register.
Handle cash accurately.
Assist customers with product selections.
Stock and organize merchandise.
Support visual merchandising standards.
Help with inventory management.
Maintain store cleanliness.
Qualifications
Reliable, friendly, team‑oriented.
Ability to multitask.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Full‑time students with at least a 2.0 GPA (for 50/50 eligibility).
Preferred Qualifications Preference will be given to current WSU students or those starting classes in the fall.
