Job Summary/Basic Function

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the campus bookstore. This position plays a key role in delivering a positive shopping experience for students, faculty, and visitors by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized, inviting store environment.

Key responsibilities include operating the cash register, handling cash accurately, assisting customers with product selections, stocking and organizing merchandise, and supporting visual merchandising standards. The role also involves helping with inventory management and maintaining store cleanliness.

Candidates must be reliable, friendly, and team-oriented, with the ability to multitask. A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential. Availability to work occasional evening and weekend shifts is required.

This position is 50/50 eligible, students must be enrolled full-time and have at least a 2.0 GPA in order to qualify.
