This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. How do you ensure product operations run smoothly while driving innovation? Spectrum is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to execute product analysis, maintain reporting, support development initiatives, point of contact for all government affairs speed and latency request, business partner relationship and oversee departmental operations. Your attention to detail and project leadership will help streamline business processes, guide critical decisions and support product lifecycle management across multiple lines of business.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Assemble,validateand maintain complex data across several business lines to inform product and business decisions

Create and manage trending dashboards and reports for both working teams and executive leadership

Assign and oversee team responsibilities, ensuring successful completion of work efforts

Model and forecast business trends using historical data and planned product changes to support strategic planning

Perform ad hoc data analysis anddemonstrateproficiencywith third-party reporting systems

Manage departmental budgets and capital initiatives, including forecasts, funding requests, invoicetrackingand cost allocation

Track and report on department initiatives,maintaininginitiative roadmaps and status updates

Lead business process design and documentation, and cross-functional projects for process improvement or product development

Generate requirements documentation byfacilitatingwork sessions or stakeholder interviews and manage changes to those requirements

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Math or related field or equivalent experience

Experience

5+ years of Business Analysis or Project Management experience

1+ years of related industry experience (Cable, Telecommunications, Software/Online Services)

Skills

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Ability to analyze and interpret data and create recommendations

Ability to define key performance indicators / metrics

Ability to listen to multiple points of view and synthesize against goals for recommendations

Ability to quickly become subject matter expert on multiple databases and reporting tools

Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations

Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independently

Ability to manage and assign multiple projects and tasks

Ability to communicate and contribute cross-functionally, and within a matrix environment

Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner

Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties

Effective business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results

Effective business acumen

Effective analytical ability is a must

Expert in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications Education

Project management certification or equivalent project management experience

The base pay for this position generally is between

$78,900.00 and $139,500.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
