The Retention and Lifecycle Marketing Manager executes campaigns across key marketing channels, such as email, SMS, and loyalty programs, under the guidance of senior team members. This entry-level role focuses on supporting the lifecycle team with the operational aspects of campaign execution, customer segmentation, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the execution of email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns from start to finish. Help with segmentation of customer data for targeted campaigns based on behaviors and lifecycle stages. Perform A/B testing and campaign optimization based on performance data. Assist with campaign reporting, analyzing metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all assets and messaging align with the campaign goals. Support customer retention efforts through win-back campaigns and engagement activities. Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or lifecycle marketing. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Postscript, Shopify). Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Basic data analysis and segmentation skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
