Our marketing team is strong in written storytelling. This role owns the visual side, translating long‑form narratives into polished short‑form graphics and video built specifically for social platforms.
Our content process begins with rich, in-depth stories and then thoughtfully distills them into a cohesive stream of visual assets across social and paid channels.
Company Overview The Matchmaking Company is the largest brick‑and‑mortar dating service in the United States. We are built on the belief that human discernment, experience, and intuition create stronger matches than algorithms ever could.
At a time when dating feels increasingly automated and transactional, we offer something different. We prioritize real connection, thoughtful introductions, and a process led by people who understand the nuance of relationships.
Job Requirements

Bring a strategic understanding of each platform, creating visual and video content tailored to how audiences engage on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team, matchmakers, dating coaches, and clients to produce thoughtful, high‑quality social content that reflects the depth of our work.
Communicate creative concepts clearly and proactively, ensuring alignment from concept through execution.
Manage multiple projects with discipline and strong prioritization, especially during high‑volume production periods.
Refine and uphold a clear, repeatable content production process that supports both quality and efficiency.
Lead the organization and ongoing improvement of our digital asset management system so the team can move quickly and confidently.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable video editing software.
Experience using Asana or similar project management platforms within a collaborative marketing team.
A track record of producing measurable, results‑oriented social media content.
Agency experience is valued but not required.
Experience creating content within self‑development, psychology, wellness, or relationship‑focused industries is a plus.
For those interested in expanding their impact over time, there is opportunity to deepen skills in areas such as:
Paid media strategy, particularly supporting lead generation through social and PPC campaigns
Content marketing strategy and performance optimization
Photography and visual production development
Web design collaboration and landing page refinement
Search engine optimization and content discoverability
Deeper immersion in the dating and relationship industry
While the core of this role centers on visual storytelling and content creation, we value team members who are curious about how content drives measurable growth and are motivated to contribute at a higher strategic level.

We take ownership seriously. Clear communication, follow‑through, and keeping teammates informed are non‑negotiable.
