We are seeking a senior, user-focused UI/UX Product Designer to design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences, beginning with a client‑facing portal. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role for a designer who can balance execution with strategic thinking, help establish foundational design practices, and influence a growing product organization.

Role Overview This is a true product design role spanning UX, UI, and visual design. You will balance hands‑on design work (approximately 60‑70%) with strategic thinking, collaboration, and design leadership. The initial focus is on a client‑facing portal, with future work extending to internal tools and additional products.

What You’ll Do User‑Centered Design and Research Lead discovery, user research, and usability testing to gather and synthesize insights. Translate research findings into clear, validated design decisions that align user needs with business goals.

Experience and Interaction Design Simplify complex financial and operational workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences for both B2B and B2C users. Design end‑to‑end flows that support portal modernization and consolidation into a cohesive, unified experience.

Visual and UI Design Apply strong visual design principles, including hierarchy, typography, color, contrast, layout, and balance, to create polished, usable, and accessible interfaces.

Design Execution Produce wireframes, task flows, journey maps, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications using Figma and FigJam. Create multiple design explorations and high‑fidelity prototypes that clearly communicate intent and rationale.

Design Systems and Consistency Help define, evolve, and maintain UX/UI standards and a design system to ensure consistency and scalability as the product portfolio grows.

AI in Design and Product Experiences Use AI tools and methods to improve design efficiency and workflows. Contribute ideas or designs for thoughtfully integrating AI into product experiences.

Accessibility and Inclusion Design with accessibility and inclusion in mind, ensuring compliance with ADA standards and inclusive design best practices.

Collaboration and Influence Partner closely with product managers, engineers, marketing partners, and leadership. Confidently lead design discussions, influence decisions, and advocate for users throughout the product lifecycle.

Mentorship and Design Advocacy Promote design thinking within the organization, guide peers on best practices, and help elevate the overall quality and impact of UX.
